How to obtain a declaration of value in Italy for Romanian citizens

The declaration of value of a Romanian qualification is a document written in Italian. It indicates the value of a qualification issued by the Romanian Ministry of Education (Ministerul Educatiei Nationale). It is good to know that the declaration of value is issued only for a qualification that is requested in Italy by the Italian educational institution, the competent body for public competitions, the Italian university for further studies, the Chamber of Commerce for enrolment in a specific register or the issuance of authorisation as a private driver, estate agent, tourist guide, etc., the details of which are noted on the application form. It should be noted that through this request the document is not issued for all the qualifications the person concerned holds, but for one qualification at a time.
